Hi, Got to decommission tank due to insufficient time to maintain it. I am hoping to get find an interested buyer who can buy the whole set-up from me. This is the tank/equipment I have :- 5 x 2 x 2.5 feet 12 mm tank with sump 42" x 17" x 18" sump tank + cabinet + additional chiller cabinet 1 x Reef Maniac dual chamber calcium reactor with John Guest Fittings, ARM Media, CO2 Regulator, CO2 Cylinder and Aquamediac Tee + pump 1x Turbelle® stream Kit TS24 with 2 magnet 1 x Reef Maniac Beckett Skimmer (with Pump) 1 x Haliea Chiller 1.25 HP (with compressor replaced in Dec06 @ $600) 2 x Dr Evil Metal Halide 250W + 2 electronic ballast 1 x Dr Evil T5 4 feet tube casing + 4 tubes I bought all the equipment brand new and the total set-up is estimated to be more than $7K. Hi folks, My hailea chiller has been rattling away after 1 month of usage. It sounds like some metal pieces are loose and thus, I intend to open up the chiller tomorrow to do some cleaning. Is it possible that the internal components are dirty after only 1 month of operation? I have not opened up the chiller before. Meanwhile, has anyone experienced this "rattling sound" before? Appreciate all your advice.... Cheers!
