i intend to use 2 macro needlewheel 350 instead of running a beckett well thats what i believe my sump as 5 compartment so i intend to place 1 skimmer at 3rd and 1 skimmer at 5th compartment

yup i think u should use the dripping method to acclimatize them . Adding main tank water slowly to your shrimp -

lets say i store the mixed kalkwasser in a 1.5L coke bottle capped issit ok?
