I remember that I used to place the button coral in a plastic bag of stale saltwater for 1 day and nudis starts floating to the surface. U may want to try that.

Hyposalinity is a treament for parasitic disease such as Marine "Ich", but I think it will do in this case. Just remove that particular rock and place in saltwater of specific gravity 1.010 for 15min. See if the nudis will drop off. U may wish to gather more info on how to remove nudis effectively.
