    Hi pple, need ya help.

    I notice that a number of stores' test kit that they selling is past the expiry date.

    May i know is that a critical issue in getting correct readings?

    shldnt be a big problem if the testkits are stored in air-conditioned environment in the LFS... ;)

    latest tank water parameters...

    salinity : 1.022

    calcium : 440ppm

    magnesium : 1240ppm

    phosphate : undetectable

    Nitrate : 0.5ppm

    kH : 7

    cannt seem to raise mg....deploy the powder and test the next day oso same reading.. ;)

    perhaps i gotta rasie the SG to 1.024.. B)

    just tested my water parameters:

    Salinity : 1.022

    Calcium : 440ppm

    Magnesium : 1240ppm

    Phosphate : Undetectable

    Nitrate : 0.01ppm

    Nitrite : Undetectable

    kH : 7

    the recent tragic is the death of my powder blue tang and moorish idol..

    not going to buy any LS for the next 1-2 months in order not to increase the bioload.. ;)

    Currently having a reef tank about 3ft cube (in water volume) which is about 650l max...

    running a H&S F2001.. do u guys personally think adding my previous F2000 in will do any good? Thx...

    One thing i noticed previously when running a macro NW and a reef octo, one was jus pulling out almost clear water... issit my regulatory issue?

    it is good to run 2 skimmers for your tank...however, 1 skimmer will sure outperform the other 1....its always happening.. ;)

    think its a false percula clown fish...

    most of my earlier clown fish were just playful and timid..

    this bugger is just a plain bully...

    really want to RED card this bugger...

    if its possible, catch it out and return back to the LFS...(:

    or u can sell to other reefers here... :P
