I am using coralife salt mix as well and my calcium is also around 600 plus. Could it be the salt mix?

ur mushies look bleached. Most probably not enough light. put it somewhere nearer to the light. Should recover in no time.

Would suggest that u get the Skimz FR. Now selling for $99. Even comes with Sorb4. Instant hook up and use. After factoring out the cost of Sorb4... the FR is about $60+? Much better quality than those resun models. Thick acrylic. Comes with 1yr warranty.

Many ppl have linked 2 cannister together with only one drawing the water.... but there will be alot of headloss. In other words... the filters may not be cycling the water fast enough. Always aim for between 5-10 times the water volume per hour. What are u planning to put into the cannister? Filter wool? Those are nitrate factories. Can use them as a FR instead and put in carbon etc. Why not change to a sump instead?

So what kind brand of ballast would u recommend to bring out the potential of the ATI tubes? U think the retrofit unit sold by AM can use the ATI tube to it's full potential?
