    Shrimps In Tank.

    Can 2 ft tank hold 2 banded shrimps ? I thought they will fight until one dies...

    If so, I am tempted to get another banded to keep the existing one company..

    still never see they fight yet.. very peaceful.. but my fren have a 4ft.. 2 boxer inside.. was told the bigger (pregnant) boxer snip off both pincer of the other smaller boxer.. maybe guarding egg

    guys, what is a calister and what is a slump?

    How To Make This Skimmer Works

    :P Just bought a prizm skimmer pro this afternoon, found in the box there isn't any instruction. I have setup the skimmer and try to adjust it, either there is no bubble or there is a strong current flow or there is bubble with too strong current and the end product is just salt water. Anyone out there who is using this product please guide me. Thanks. :bow:

    Hi, try this setting for those who is unable to achieve getting foam.

    1) Turn off the air control valve.

    2) Turn the water flow valve until the water rise to about 2.5cm below the o-ring ( the black rubber ring).

    3) When this is achieve, turn the air control valve until you see foam forming.

    4) Try to "Very Fine tune" fine tune the water flow valve.

    If your skimmer is new, the first few days you will get lots of white colour foam. after that you will see less foam but more concentrated foam.

    You should then get your result. For those who have salt water in the contain, this means over skimming (waste of salt water) try ajusting the water flow.

    that shrimp sure have many name.. pepermint shrimp , camel shrimp & dancing shrimp.

    Correction... Camel Shrimp is also known as the Hinge-beak Shrimp, Dancing Shrimp, or Candy Shrimp... but not peppermint shrimp... Peppermint Shrimp, also known as the Veined Shrimp, or Caribbean Cleaner Shrimp.
