Have always been interested in this family of fishes. But never bought one because wary of the fact they will secrete toxin when stressed ..which will kill the whole tank !! Anyone has experiences/tips to share keeping them ? Current tank has Triggers (2) / Grouper / Moray / Lions (2) Bad idea ??

According to what I read. ..they are supposed to be ... But I bought an Argus Comet before .... And my Polka-dot Grouper (same size) tore it up within a couple of hours ..... Just took every fin off ..........

Tiger cuke ?? Got a pic ? All cukes I ever see are black , black and black .... Gobies don't work for me ...... My triggers and groupers have killed a couple already .... I feel like a cuke cause I've heard they're REALLY effective ...... So sand dollars are comparable to sand stars ???

WHat can help clear detritus ??? I have a Sand Star ... but its prolly overworked for my 4 feet .... And a Brittle Star which I don't think is earning its pay ..... What else can I get ? Cuke ? (too big) Sand Dollar (how effective compared to Sand Stars ?) Stroumbus ? (what are they anyways ?)

almost all my zoos are barely opening ...like they open but without the frills around the side ... Had nudibranches last time ...but quite sure I killed them all. Also, I did a freshwater dip and some the zoos started falling off ???!?!?!

Alot of Coral Cat Sharks at Ah Bengs ....

Had an orange linka star that was fine for a couple of months ... (crawling around the tank) Then all of a sudden it attached itself to right near the rain bar and started dropping arms !! first bits then chunks .... I don't have a chiller and my nitrate is high but everything else seems fine .... Any idea ?

Read a copy of Practical Fishkeeping and in the Q&A section they stated that some clownfishes DO NOT need anemones ..... True ? If so ...what are the species I could get ? Any clown-experts ?

My Peacock wrasse is almost 5 inches ... Doubt even a full grown volitans would try to eat it ...unless it was starved for a month or so ...

Actually I've had the zoos for quite some time already .... but like i said ...initially a few slugs ...then the numbers grew .... How do i tell which zoos have been attacked ?

Don't have tangs but have a wrasse that's always fast swimming around. ... Lionfish ignores it .... until it bumps into the lion that it gets a snarl and a warning bite ...

Have some white sea slugs with yellow fin-like-appendages on the back ... Very small ... like 0.5 cm Initially only a couple ...but they seem to be growing in numbers ... Any idea what do they eat ? Will they attack my polyps and mushies ?

Erh my tank is a 4 x 1.5 x 1.5 ..... Only one airstone-driven skimmer and using FL lights .... Like I said ...was supposed to be a FOWLR ... But now I keep seeing nice corals ........... Have alot of polyps and mushies currently ...but looking for more diversification . Think I really need a chiller ?
