Bought my Zoas slightly more than a month ago, everything seems fine, with my zoas opening up everyday 100%. Only last week, i noticed a small section of it not opening completly and some not opening at all. Also notice a lot of these small creatures with spikes on their back resembling the color of my zoas crawling about. Anyone know what parasite it is and how to get rid of it. I can't remove the zoas from the aquarium because it had started spreading onto other rocks. Please advice , anyone out there.

Totally agree with you man, MUST check before buying. A few black sheeps in the forum. If only we could identify them and ban them for life. I was in the same boat as you just a month ago where i was cheated 300 buck for a 10 year old teco chiller.

Just got the above unit from a fellow reefer. Tested it yesterday, powered on for a while then some alphaberts came out on the LED panel instead of the tank temp. I tried to get it running again , after a while, the chiller kicked in but the temp shown on the LED panel was 2 degrees off. As i dun have any manual with me, Can anyone help me out by teaching me how to set the tolarance level to tackle the 2 degrees offset. And also what does the 3 alphaberts mean. It looked something like "loe". so far chiller still able to chill the water.

Could anyone help me out here, i need to adjust the tolarance level for the temp as mine is off by 2 degrees.It was alright initially till i meddle with the set button. No manual as i bought it from another reefer. As i played around with the set button by holding it, and there were these P1 ,P2 to P7 stuff. Didn't know what it meant could anyone help me out. Thanks.
