those are semi / aggressive tankmates and should be the normal situation...Atlantis's picasso is 1 in a hundred cannot protect itself from less aggressive tankmates..

HI wailyc , im thinking of DIY CD , is yrs working perfectly ? whats the NO3 reading is B4 and after installing the DIY CD ? can u give the details like size and length of tubing used inside the CD chamber and how tall is the chamber. also what kind of pump u used. i understand u do not need to feed the bacteria in the CD, is that true ? and lastly where did u get all the supplies from ?? thks I know its easier just to buy it from u but I like the pleasure and satisfaction of a successful DIY. Biobacter is to kickstart yr bacteria colony in yr filter media - be it filter media in canister or even yr life rocks. once the bacteria is present the nitrogen cycle will start and the end product ot the cycle is nitrate. only then yr nitrate will keep on increasing provided there are nutrients to feed the bacteria. hope its clear. just my 0.2 cts worth..

Talking about cyanide , I read that there is an international body called MAC short for Marine Aquarium Council which handle the proper collection of marine life for exportors, collectors and marine home aquariums. Any imports of fishes which are MAC certified are safe meaning that they are not caught using cyanide or other chemicals which can damage fishes and reefs around the world. I wonder if any of out LFS have such certificate from MAC ? Any comments on this ??

ok bro jimmyz , my next purchase of anthias will be from ML.. thks for the advice andtsq.....will add cooler fans soon.... will high temp further stress up new additions , is 32 deg fatal to fishes ?? was inform by a respected LFS that FO tank can be kept at 32 deg anyone FOwlr bros has that kind of temp for their tanks ??
