juz bought 5 common clown again last week.... been doin fine... for a week..but yesterday one is dead and other 2 was seen with whiteish on the body and fins.... is it the problem with my tank water ?? this always happen to all my newly bought common clown....

how to improve/maintain Kh & Ph?

wat type of sands is suitable for "sand filtering" goby?? mine is lik grade 1 or 2 sand...it not those finest type of sand... suitable?

often hearing tat washing the bio filter materials with tap water will kills off the nitrifying bacteria in it.... i always change tank water with salt mixed with tap water.. each time i will do a 50% water change... will the nitrifying bacteria in my Biological filteration reduces/die off/weaken ...with these huge volume of 50% water change With tap water salt mixed?? sorry..to add tat.. my tap water is not filtered at all.... is purely from the tap...but b4 i do the water change to the tank, i leave it for days after i had mixed with salt..

FOWLR need trace elements???

trace elements..tats more important for reef tank wif corals?? for a FOWLR .... dun need much of the trace elements rite??

hope my 2 kg of biohome can handle bio load of my 2ft tank....plannin to keep ard 10 small fishes.....

think i dun wan to hav a FOWLR community fishes tank.. as mine is only a 2ft...guess to prevent war to occur is veri difficult. maybe goin for a "single type" tank....such as .. a chromis only tank? or maybe a pair of maroon clown only tank. any recomandation ?

i understand that for a reef tank we need change water to replace the minerals/nutrients..etc.. for the corals..etc but for a FOWLR tank ,is it possible to have a "dun need to change water" tank, if the Biological Filtration system is achieve in top quality/strength and/or is more than enough to maintain the bio load? ... meaning ...the beneficial bacteria population out numbers the bio-load placed on the aquarium.

mi too...i got no fate wif 'nemo' too..... total 7 deaths. either kena clown fish dieases when juz intro in....,or stress by damsels and tomato...... and some oso maybe not sure why it die.

its too late to train...its gone.... it dead after one week in my hairless algae tank.... guess hunger is the main reason of its death?

today my Algae Blenny pass away.... it onli been 1 week in my tank... could it be lack of algae?? coz my tank dun hav hair algae to feed it... onli diatom.... can anyone tell mi the possible cause of death of my Algae Blenny ?? my striped damsel oso dead today.... has torn fins.... guess it is dead due to fights(again). continuing of more deaths .... increase the thoughts of giving up marine manz.... haiz....

Ocellaris are common clown...or the more expensive true clown?
