Hi All I have a 25L tank which I use to keep crystal red shrimps. I need to achieve a water temperature of about 21-23 degrees in order to have a good chance for them to breed. I use a mini fan to cool the water down but it can only cool to about 25 degrees. Moreover, using the fan means i have to top up water every few days and I’m worried if this frequent topping up and evaporation will often alter my water parameters. Crystal red shrimp are very sensitive to changes in water parameters and more so if I hope to be able breed them. I research online and found that there is a type of small chiller (AL30) but there are mixed reviews on how effective this AL30 is. I seek your kind advice please. Thank you. dear brothers and sisters any feedback on the following shops : 439 sembawang, tagore lane, and serangoon north ? what is the all-in price for a 4 feet marine fish and coral aquarium complete with all the hardware and software ? is chiller neccessary ? is protein skimmer neccesary ? is it more economical to have a 4 or 5 feet tank ? is it much cheaper to buy piece by piece or pay for full set up ? kindly advise. thanks.
