chiller advise, overpower?

hi guys,

i have a 12G nanocube, a fren is selling me a chiller he use for his tank its the CL650; i know its overpowered. But he is selling it for 100bucks only.

Is there any way i can use it for my nano tank? Will using a small pump works? if not will become tornado.

Plz advise
