Can we use LED Strip for FOWLR and REEF tank

Had read up some DIY on LED light.

Need LED expert or guru to determind either the Lumen suitable or not.

Came upon this LED strip. See Specification below;

Main Specifications:

So far, not known how much is the cost but if the price is reasonable,

I intend to DIY for 2.5ft(L) x 1.8ft(W)x 2ft(H) Tank

Tank will stock with small fishes, soft coral and cup coral. (Low maintenance one)

I did help a friend DIY a 4 footer but his is a planted tank at 4 (L) x 2 (H) x2.5 (W).

I really do not see the issue with brightness if you have more than a few strips. just that the LED white spectrum is lacking in some of the "blue".

Also I do not recommend getting the RGB or multi-color LED strips.

Go to Sim Lim Tower B1 to see the strips for yourself....I think the websites are either not very updated or can be very confusing.

So far I have gotten the 12V brighter "waterproof" ones....I do not really want to blind my fishes.
