Clement_jr
Is it only me? I fail to find the addresses of the sponsors easily via their dedicated sub-forum section, some sponsors don't state their address and operating hours and contact numbers at all.. then I need to use the search to browse all the post, hoping someone mentioned your address. otherwise, if I'm lazy, then another thread started "where is ABC shop?" or even when I pm the sponsor, usually this will take sometime to get a respond. sigh... what a waste of advertising efforts... so frustrating .... hope they can simply put all information in their signature, rather than some pixelated logos or some fish tank monitor results .. we obviously know your shop name since we are already reading your section/thread/post, why not put something important.... unless u operate from home. but still, at least leave a number? If, is a distributor, then why not put who your dealers are?? I'm so glad that some sponsor state their address and hours and contact, and even one is so kind to attach the map of the shop. however if u put the hours, please honour it. I been to this shop a couple of times, always fail to open at stated time, even when I arrive 1 hour later than the state time, the shop still isn't open...(call the contact number also no use, no one in the shop!) blacklisted! peace out - PS: I'm just sharing my personal opinions and isn't meant to be offensive to any party. Hope to take what I've said positively, and build a better b2c relationship.. SRC Member Hon Posted March 21, 2013 SRC Member Share Posted March 21, 2013 Good point. Been out of reefing for 5yrs+, most sponsor are new to me and I find it very difficult to hunt down their address from their forum. Usually a sitewide search or even google to locate them. Clement_jr
I'm aware of the lfs directory, however that's not my point. eg, company A has a new product A1 and start a thread about the product. i need to search and ask around where is company A so i can buy it? i don't, if they don't want to make effort to make known of their info easily, my money can go elsewhere. If they treat every post as their namecard. it will be the most efficient.
