I checked my water params last night and got a high mg. Is this something i need to worry?

KH - 7.3

CA - 485

MG - > 1500

- I used salifert test kit and i already used up all the 1ml reagent but color of solution did not change and only changed to blue after adding additional more drops of reagent so MG should be above 1500.

1500 is okay. I used to keep it at 1500 also. If youre worried, and youre using a dosing pump, reduce about 10% every 2 days and montitor whether if it reaches your expected mg levels. Cheers.

Should be ok. But ur kh and ca not balance at all that would lead a not stable parameter

Bring up kh slowly. Y then bring down ca and kh together slowly just like a old man. Lol
