Just want to find out more from you guys. What's your chiller running time ? Wanna see if my chiller is working at an optimum condition.

My Artica 1/5 hp is running on a 250 litres tank. Temperature set at 27C.

Chiller will kick in at 27.5C. Run about 30min to bring down to 27C.

Using LED, 33W return pump and a 11-W skimmer, 9W wavemaker.

I feel that the running time is a bit long.. not sure if the water flow is too high or low.

What about you guys? Please share. Thank you.

you are right man.

It stopped at 7.40pm at the temperature of 26.9C. Now, after 1 hour is still 27C. I guess it can last for another 1 hour before it starts to kick in.

By the way, it will kick in at 0.5C rise? not 1C?
