Chiller got current/electric/ground current

I bought Hailea hs-28a and been running for a month. Tonight i was feeding my fish and shocked the moment i touch the water there is a small current. And i was able to pinpoint that it was the chiller through elimination (trial and error) by removing each plug that is contact with my tank and touching the water each time i remove one plug (i know it's dangerous but i have someone on the main switch to turn the power if saw me getting electricuted) . Anyone having this problem??

Tomorrow i will call the supplier to have it replaced..

A better and safer way is to use test pen instead of your hands. Current travels instantly. Is the plug wet? Since it's still new, best to consult them.

understood, however at the time i do not have test pen and i need to identify the source rather than turn off all the power which is not a viable option.
