Help, sudden growth of this..

Hello everyone I am new here and I have started a tiny nano tank about 2 months now. I have notice this growth of a certain star like object on the glass of my 14L tank. Please let me know whether is it harmful, and if it is how do I remove it?

Looks like hydromedusae.... small jellyfish. Apparently harmless unless you have small fish fry in the tank.

I off the light and I clean it off manually, only time can tell haha thanks for the help
