Multiple mouth on scolymia?

Hello all. First I'd like to say that I'm still blur about scolymia, so I might be very wrong. But I got some scolymia from a fellow reefer and I noticed this after 1 month

Is that a new mouth?? I never knew scolymia could have more than one mouth. Or maybe it's not even a scoly at all? Any experts can advise me? Thanks!
