You need to ask your tank maker to do it for you .

Need to shut the valves. Then release the connection to the coil. It will release refrigerant at this time. After all refrigerant is released, remove the coil. When installing new coil, need to evacuate the new coil of any air or impurities using vacuum pump. Then after connecting back, need to see if the system has enough refrigerant. If not need to TOP up. U can't do this all yourself. Need aircon specialist unless you intend to just dismantle and throw away.

Once the copper coil has been bend before, high chance it may have a hole and either water can slip in or gas might have leak out.

This could cause serious problem causing the compressor to trip the whole house or damage the whole unit.

Like whiskie said, better to ask a aircon guy to do for you for the whole reconnection unless it is just a transfer without any modification of the unit.

Thanks for advice broz. my plan is to remove the coil and chiller, then get air con specialist to connect back.

Another question:

I've been using insulated copper coil. Thinking about titanium coil. Is it better?

Copper better conductor, Cheaper but will corrode. Titanium slightly ex, won't corrode but poorer conductor.

Those copper coil that we use here is usually coated with a rubber insulator.

Yes titanium coil is more expensive , and wouldn't rust but the coil that is available here is usually a single coil whereas the copper insulated one is usually double or triple coil which mean it will chill the water faster as compare to the single coil titanium . Both have its pro and cons.
