Hi bros, need some expert advice. I detected this green growth starting to grow on my favia / favites (I don't know what this is). I'm assuming this is algae. Any bros have any advice how to get rid of it? I'm afraid to scrub it off as I did that before to my sun coral and killed it instead, even when I brushed very lightly. For now I moved it to face away from the light, the coral is still feeding normally, doesn't seem affected. Thanks all

Thanks bro. So as long the coral is alive, algae will never grow on top? In that case I'll just scrub off the algae from the dead polyps
