Anthias Eye Pops out

Hi, one eye of my anthias (dispar ) has it eye(one side) pops out.

The fish is in the tank for more than 6 months to date.

What can be the cause ? is it bacaterial/virus infection or is it hurt by other in the tank ? any opinion welcome ! thanks in advance !

To add , there are some blood stain on the bottom of the bulging eye.....

the symdrome is known as pop-eye,

caused by bacterial infection.

check your water parameters,

if all is ok, it will heal by itself.

my clown had it, healed in 2-3 weeks.

NH4 = 0 NO2 = 0

NO3 = 5mg

can it be cause by attack ? I notice some minor agression shown toward poor dispar by a lyretail prior the pop eye.
