SRC Member bsjz Posted July 25, 2017 Author SRC Member Share Posted July 25, 2017 When i just started my tank i had nutrients problems and was struggling to keep sps where i lost most of the colony i bought. To fight this problem i decided to get a tank to maintain my Tank. I got a 4x2x2 tank to be used as a refugium in an effort to reduce nutrients to undetectable levels.Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

SRC Member bsjz Posted July 25, 2017 Author SRC Member Share Posted July 25, 2017 I also realised my green pocci colours are not as green as before. Anyone have any idea what caused this?Could it be due to the lack of trace elements? As i do not dose any trace elements other than calcium alk and mag from the calcium reactor and only do a 2.5% water change weeklySent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

Which maybe is due to the big refugium tank I have. Iron will affect the green of the corals.
