Help: Lump on the side of Peppermint shrimp

Hellooo,

Just bought some peppermint shrimp and saw 1 of it have a lump by the side. Google online and guess might be byroid isopod parasite.

anyone got ways to remove it? or just leave it? will it spread and can i just put into my tank?
