SRC Member JMW Posted September 19, 2018 SRC Member Share Posted September 19, 2018 Looks like plating coralline algae. It should be hard(ie.not macroalge), but also note that it’s quite brittle. I accidentally broke mine bumping into it & was bumped out as they can form beautiful shapes & structures once established. Google it to see if it looks similar to what you have.
