I won't report because money cannot get back, don't need waste their time, but you can go ahead and file since you feel harassed. I guess you don't mind getting fined too since you came all the way to my blk during circuit breaker period to pass me the faulty item you so desperately wanted to get rid of. Will be waiting for the letter or visit from them anytime :(
