Would like to know something about LionFish

Hi , i just bought a 1 to 1.5 inch lionfish into my fish tank already . i would like to know whether when i put my hand inside the water to do some maintence or shifting work , my hand will be stung by the lionfish?

Nope, it will not try to sting your hand unless you try to catch it or disable it's terrority.

they dont have to sting u ... a little scratch from its fins is enuff to hurt please wear gloves if u really have to put your hands into the tank..

True, the lionfish that I use to have will avoid my hand like a plague. It's a dwarf lionfish that I'm talking about not those big fella.

oh ok . i got gloves but not too long one . till the wrist size . hope he scared. my small one like one baby.
