white crawling thing

how to remove the white tiny things crawling in my tank.every morning l on my light.they are crawling and flying all over the tank.l try to scoop it with the net.but it seem too many to catch.can someone advise

Those are pods (Copepods or Amphipods). They are great food source for some fishes.

Can consider adding 1 x Mandarin Goby. But do not have 2 cause they will fight, 1 will be enough to control the pods in ypur tank.

Also, most LPS feed on them too.

oh l thought it harmful becos it seem like hard to get rid of it.seem getting more and more of this white crawling thing.but a lot is trapped in my filter happily swimming.can see lot of them swim and crawl on the tank.waste my time scooping them out from my filter
