Chiller almost caught fire

My Arctica chiller almost caught fire a few days ago. There was a strong burning smell and red glow near the front control panel (burn mark as you can see in the picture) and luckily I was at home to turn off the mains.

Anyone face the same issue before? Chiller was placed outside cabinet with open ventilation and regularly cleaned by brushing dust off the front grilles and fins.
