i want to make a chiller for my 3 feet tank and sometimes back ago i saw this thread that says that i can use a solar fan to cool down my mh lighting .....i dont think the tread is still present.....i need help between both of them..should i make and use a chiller make by a fridge or should i use solar fans to cool down my mh... :thanks:

how do u intend to make a chiller from a used fridge?

is it going to be cost effective in the long run?

u might save a few hundreds of dollars upfront but end up paying tens of dollars in eletricity bills every month.

Y not try looking ard for a second hand chiller.

just my 2 cents worth.

Wha u are young...... if u are budget... get the fan from the LFS in bukit timah shopping center...... they got nice great fan... maybe now no stock but u can order... they ###### in three types... double fan... 4fans and 6fans..

price are 50 70 90...... it can cool to around 27 or 28.... :idea:
