Help needed for JEBO UV Sterilizer

Hi,

Just bought a JEBO 13W UV Sterilizer from one of the LFS - I have the following questions which I hoped someone can help me with:

a. What is the flow rate should I be using with this unit (for 4 ft tank)?

b. Should I keep it running 24 hrs?

c. The sterilizer seems to run pretty hot ( I did a test without water and it is hot!!), is this normal?

d. There is no instruction in the package that I have bought but I read somewhere on the web that it is supposed to come with a pump - well, mine does not have any.

Call up the LFS and the reply is that the price I'm paying does not come with any pump (??!!!) - anyone has the price for JEBO 13W? Please PM me, just want to know if I have just become a sucker and will avoid that LFS in the future... :(
