was goin to take pix of coral n tank wen suddenly saw tis 2 clown happily playin w the frogspawn ....does tis usually happen?? saw the male few times tryin to "sleep" on it heheh

any1 got any idea?? i do have anemone but since i introduce both the clown mths back...nvr saw them really interested w the anemone.....

but if the clowns are playing so much that the coral does not open much, time to put the coral away from the clowns or sell it away...

it happens to me all the time... no matter what type of clownfishes i keep, they will 'play' with my bubbles & frogspawn or hammer. if i shift either one away, they will play with the other.

dunno what to do with them?

sometimes the clowns get too enthusiastic and they even irritate small anemones to the point of killing them.....so yes....lps are no exception to playful clowns...just got to monitor the degree of fun they are having with your lps...hehe

for me....my clowns took to my anemone like opposite poles of the magnet...probably because at that time not much swinging lps around to distract them as alternative clownpads

yela my anemone poor fella....all alone nobody 1 to play w....

so why dun you temporarily remove all the swinging lps and let the clowns have no choice but to turn to the anemone for swinging confort

after some time then put your swinging lps back....but if after putting back the clowns still go disturb the lps....then all i can say is that you have

really playful clowns

My true perc pair love my hammer... sleep in it the whole day, never even venture away for more than a few centimetres... except when feeding time.. cute!
