SRC Member Chefri Posted December 2, 2004 Author SRC Member Share Posted December 2, 2004 average price of nice acros abt SGD15? wrong... how much the acro price at singapore ? can't beleive the red pratas are abt SGD10 only over there I wanna cry who wants to go over there and bring some nice corals back?! hehe REd prata is hard to find in Surabaya. Red Prata always have stock at Lombok island far from surabaya. That island is prata Factory. But if you want Acros is easy to order it. it need 2 or 3 days to order and bring hundreds of acros with nice colors.

DeepBlue
possible...I have read somewhere in those reef mag or national geo. that some local native divers are paid somewhere around that amount for their dive effort to collect the corals. Quite poorly paid .... and all the extra cost went to importers, LFS, freight cost..blah blah blah........ tough fact but it is always a blessing in disguise. That's why the American and european hobbyist really took the pain to take very good care of their corals as they dun come in quantity and definitely not in cheap price tags. Their propagation projects are quite commendable too
