hi guys i'm wondering if the following Lighting is good enough for a 2footer? is there other brands that are cheaper then this beside DIY?

it depends on what you want to keep.....

should be enough for mushrooms, polyps and some LPS but definitely no-no for SPS

This is someone's tank with 3x2x2 and 6 T5s.

i using three T5.. (two aquablue and 1 actinic). I think it's more then enough for anemones.. I never feed my anemone (with prawn or anything) for the past 2 mths ??...or so...it still surviving well..

sinner, i am afraid u gonna find two tubes hardly enuf...but then again, tat will depend on wat kind of corals u wanna to keep

as times goes by...u will find yourself asking for more

Sorry lah.. I also using T5. But i saw the topic saying twin- means 2. So i felt not really enough.. Peace
