quite some contrast with the salt comparison i've seen on RC....apparently, instant ocean seems to welcome the greatest support by the members in RC. i think almost 90% of them rated instant ocean as the best or are using it....but quite a low rating over at the link u gave... honestly, the link seems like an advertising site for the salt that scored a 100 marks...any thoughts, people?

I think there is very little differance between the brands, certainly not enough to justify the premium prices that some premium brands command.

Kinda like comparing Avian and Spring Mountain. They all do the job of hydrating your body equally good, but Avian costs more 'cause it is a premium brand.

Anyway, most of the time, we add the necessary additives to keep the water condition good anyways, and do not depend on the stuff that is in the salt mix.

The only important thing for me is that they dissolve nice and fast.
