Hey guys,

These days, my resun CL 650 is running extend periods of time, especially after i on my MH. Not very economic, and my electrical bills shoot up like $250 more. My stand is that either this chiller needs servicing, or its not able to support my tank at all.

Decide to change a chiller for good, so that its more economic in the long run.

What hp chiller should i get for a tank that is 4x2x2 and with a sump of 3x1.5x1.5? I think the total volume of water is about a 7ft. Do you guys have any brands to recommand?

I heard that daeil is good...and is e replica of artica? What are the price ranges?

Thanks for the help guys!

Wah bro so expensive ah $200++ only electrical bill alone. Did you adjust your temperature every time you turn on your MH? From what I know and heard is that resun is quite eco already. But your sump is big man!

You can try this links:- http://www.jbjlighting.com/

Can't be, the chiller will not cost that much to run...even for your home air-con unit running 24-7 it won't cost that much...

Perhaps you might want to consider hooking up a titanium heat-exchanger to you current compressor for your home air-con (if inverter system, better still as it'll save on bills).

Nowadays system 3 about 2K, get a Ti heat exchanger + accessories to hook up should cost 2.5k and you will have a real peace of mind. Current aquarium air-con (the so called good ones) are too expensive, ranging from 1k and more....yikes !!!
