Distance between 150W DE mh from glass cover

i have a 150W DE mh light in a casing (victron white box) and it comes with a uv protection glass. due to the fishes that i keep, i need to cover my tank with glass covers. how far away should my mh be from the glass covers in order not to overheat and cracked it?

fact: placing the mh on the glass cover is a no no. glass will crack within 5 mins!

assume no fan etc to cool the glass covers. hope reefers here can share their knowledge or experience.
