Saw this black slug with neon blue rim around its body.

Anyone know what are they called and what do they feed on. Reef Safe?

My dear friend,

These nudibranchs aka slug is of genus Chelidonura is a flatworms eating machine so if you don't have flatworms in your tank don't even think abt it.

Notice that I bold and colour the 'S' behind the flatworm is because your tank must be full of flatworms in order for them to feed.
