MIRCO CHILLER VERSUS ICEPROBE

can u guys help me understand the pros and cons of

a minichiller, this teco one..

(dont intend to drill, intending to put on top on the surface)

whats the pros and cons.. >_<

what sort of lights do you have and the ventilation space that you can affort....i have use teco, the greatest limiting factor is the amibient temperation and ventiliation....ended up having to use a fan to blow at it inorder to bring a 2x1x1 tank with 76w PL temp to 28 degree....:(

my opinion is dun waste $$$, go for a chiller like make CL-280 instead...very often we want to by these micro-chillier because of space contraint, but ironically, because of the same space contraint, you are unlikely to provide good ventilation for the chiller....;)
