bubble bursted

Hi all

Asking on behalf of a friend who recently acquired a green bubble.

It was fine for the 1st 4 days , but suddenly the bubble bursted few of the bubbles bursted and brownish or greenish stuffs is coming out .

May i know what could be the caused ? and what is those stuffs coming out of the bubble ?

Hmm,seems like your friend's bubble has bleach...

The brown stringy substances are expelled zooxantelle(sorri for the spelling)..

Corals either produce these substances when they have too much of these or when the have not enough lights

Anyway,you posted this question in the wrong forum

my friend alreay shifted it to another lower location in tank and now it seems to be okie ..

using T5 2 white /2 blue

so it must be away from strong light ? cos the original location is high up and the light is quite near maybe abt 7 inches away onli...

bro..maybe the top current to strong..tt may cause bubble 2 burst too..
