Tiny spotted yellow cubicus boxfish

Has anyone had any success keeping the tiny (~1cm) cubicus boxfish? What do you feed it with?

I just got one yesterday, problem is that it is refusing all food, including live tubifex worms... hmmm...

Yup, i just got one a few days ago but i really really should have determined what its tiny mouth can/will eat b4 buying... sigh..

Hmmm.. i doubt if it can eat the live brine shrimps, its mouth is soo tiny... hmmm..

You might wan to try cyclopeeze and BBS...

Just to get it feeding so it wun starve...

You can try putting it in a betta box first and try to gut load it...

BTW i think adult brine shrimp should be okaie..

i never had much success with this cute fish big or small... problem is that during the feeding, this fish cannot out feed the other fishes due to the small mouth, slow swimming, shy nature and non aggressive feeding behaviour.

I've isolated the boxfish in a breeding trap, and tried some tiny (almost microscopic) baby brine shrimp today.. heh, but so small i can't tell if the boxfish is eating or not, cos i can't even see the baby shrimps once i scoop them into the breeding trap. I'm not convinced the boxfish is eating, though.

I shall try getting some cyclop-eeze tomorrow if possible, if that fails then i'm really at my wits end..

If you have a good skimmer and got a lot of time to clear the holding tank... Try flooding it... It will help... Or you can try henry's food?

i think cyclo fish will do the job. my fishes all like cyclo fish so much.
