yup lor.... she was suffering as the skin at the neck was starting to rot. I tried to help her by washing it daily but she was suffering so much that no choice the vet suggest putting her down. Guess it was the best choice for her.

Anyway when keeping pets is just natural for us to feel this way when they leave us as we eventually treat them as part of our family.

Up till now I have no regrets as I keep her all the way till she pass away. Those pple that just throw their pets away because they grow old and sick and no more chio chio must be shot ah :P

I gave up the hobby 2years ago due to NO3 keeps increasing & algae keeps growing. Change water like mad every 4 days & finally gave up totally. Now that I've come back again,I make sure the denitrator is the first equipment I buy :)

I started with 2ft...then with 3ft and managed to stabilize tank.

Then lost job, had to move house, and no time...sigh...:(

I've kept my 2ft tank and am thinking of restarting again...still enjoy having some fish in the house...

If I do start again, I'll be more knowledgeable and more PATIENT...!!!
