Dots on fish

Hi all,

I dont really know why but I spotted dots/dirt on the body of the following fishes:

1) Powder Black

2) Salfin

3) Sohal

4) Purple Tang

But I do not see such dots on the following fishes:

1) Foxface

2) Coral Beauty

3) Yellow Tang

Also dont think its itch cos I have been monitoring the fishes and they have not been scrapping themselves against the sand or rock.

Thought it was dirt and have changed the filter wool but dont seem to be working.

Tank Size - 3 x 2.5x 2.5

Ammonia = 0

NO2 = undetectable

NO3 = undetectable

PH = 8

Anyone any clues or encountered the same problem?
