IMO: got doubt about 2 parts:

1. WC drainage at return section

- do you need this? Isn't the one at the inlet section would be good enough? Of this one is for new water in?

2. chiller return

- why now just direct the outlet into the return section water?

making a drainage like will cause waterfall and hence bubbling.

1. I was thinking when changing water, 1 pump in, 1 pump out

2. You got a point there, potential bubbling. Will exclude it in my design.

Any more comments from guys out there? Need to have more barages to reduce bubble from skimmer? How about the height? Will be doing the actual measurements tonight

One caution when segregating the section for the chiller and skimmer. If your chiller is going to be pulling water from that comparment and releasing it in the return pump compartment it will potentially draw more water away from the sump section with the skimmer.

I don't know if i'm describing this right but basically what i'm trying to say is that the flow rate in both the skimmer and the chiller compartments will be different and whichever area has the higher flowrate will turnover more water.

That in essense would be reduce the efficiency of your skimmer seeing that it won't be processing all your tank water but less than half of the tank water than runs through the sump.

Ideally you would want the skimmer to be at the first compartment at or after the point where water enters the sump to process all the nutrients.

There's another approach.

Direct place the chiller coil in the sump tank, relying on the flow rate of the sump. Save you a piece of pump and piping.
