don't mind me asking but why the skimmer doesn't have a valve to control the water flow out of the skimmer?

As for the skimmer , it requires at least a rio 20f or md 40 as zorden had put it ( thanks ). All items are decomissioned already .

any pump stronger than md40 may not be wise..don try to use rio32 for this..too much turbulence for this skimmer...
