thx erm seeding is to like clean the live rock but if it is to be clean then wat the use of using them if most of the good stuff are either being wash away or being removed in the process

To me, Seeding is like planting something on LR.

But if you are talking about cleaning, well, sometimes people clean to get rid of all the unwanted algae off the LRs.

Better worse stuff than loosing abit of good stuff.
