Maid Employment Experiences

Hi guys,

I am currently doing some research for my business ethics project, in particular with regards to the maid agencies.

Would like to ask those people here that maids currently working in their household/hired maid before/known of experiences from friends to help me out!

Need inputs of those who have/had maids that are not able to do housework, look after babies, etc... totally different from what the agencies had claim.

How do you guys even deal with this issue?

What you wanna know the deep dark secret of why maids are in batam. Or employers are bad payment master or maid agency that you think is your saviour is actually make you look like a fool?

Would you also like to know that most Singaporeans think that higher agency fee means "good maid"? or an agency which pratice transparency have many hidden cost.

I will tell you everything.
