WTS Cooling Fan

I agree, used it before and it really is quieter than some DC fans.

yeah.. metal blades.. better not to use direct to tank. Use for DIY to cool down lights or chiller stuff..

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?

shouldn't u be considering extracting hot air from the hood out to the ambience be better? extracting ambient air into the hood might cause the hot air to be trapped and no way to go and leaving the hood area very hot.. that is my theory.. might be wrong.

Let us work together to preserve the world for our children to inherit by being responsible to our surroundings. Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, bubbles and memories.

It's actually vice versa.

The only thing to take note is that there must be always an entrance and an exit.

But the theory is always identical which is COOL AIR IN, HOT AIR OUT.

As for this case, we would like using the fan to extract cool air into the enclosure to prevent the salt vapour from corrosion the fan in long term.

interesting theory presented.. introducing cool air into the area keeps the lighting cool and minimise the amount of salt collection on the fan.. kill two birds with one stone!! :)

uppzzz to your sale bro...

Upzzz your sales......

however, just to comments on the new theory which i doubt it can work efficiently. kelstorm comments is more valid. Imagine air is made up of many molecules, thus is easier to suck out these air molecules than compressing it i.e. forcing it out.
