Selling Reef Octopus NW110 Skimmer for $80.

1. Modified the impeller (using GG, learnt this from RC).

2. Modified the outlet pipe wif a ball valve to allow control of water level in the skimmer body.

3. Modified the collection cup with a small outlet to drain out the skimmate into external container.
