Suggest you do a search on lighting But basically the colour goes from high par white 10000K to lower PAR Blue at 20000K They will all work, just depends on how many lights you have, what wattage and how deep you tank is and if you want a white, blue or anything in between. SRC Member Creetin Posted January 30, 2007 SRC Member Share Posted January 30, 2007 all brands from USA if i am not wrong. i stand to be corrected on my views... hamilton seems generally good, with their 14k. reeflux aka coralvue has mixed reviews. xm10k rocks for highest par but yellowish. 15k is half cooked chicken, with neither review going either way. xm20k is also a good bulb.
